To personalize polls and giveaways, we ask you to optionally share demographic info (age range, country, tech role, primary device, org size, app habits). We also store your poll answers, points balance, and giveaway entries.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the rewards program: serve polls, award Bona Points, run giveaways, and notify you when you win. We aggregate poll responses with anonymized demographic snapshots to share insights with brand partners. We never sell your personal information.

3. Aggregated insights

Brands see aggregated, anonymous breakdowns of poll results (e.g., "62% of designers in Europe prefer X"). They never see your email, name, or individual answers tied to your identity.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and lightweight analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Email communications

We send transactional emails (account, winner notifications, cooldown alerts) and — only if you opt in — product updates and digests. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage your subscriptions any time from your email preferences.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, answers, and remaining points balance.
